I’ve been a BB Creams fan for some time now and like a true foundation girl, I like coverage and I like an even face.
BB cream is promoted as an all-in-one facial cosmetic product to replace serum, moisturizer, primer, foundation and sunblock. It can be worn alone as a tinted moisturizer, over serum and moisturizer as a regular foundation, and under powder, depending on the desired amount of coverage.
That’s why I love the conception of BB creams – it is in between a tinted moisturizer and a foundation but more on the foundation side. BB = beauty balm. Some of them have a lot of anti-oxidants and anti aging ingredients and offer SPF so while its on your face, it is nourishing and protecting. Not only that but it covers up your blemishes and acts as a foundation.
BB Creams have all the coverage you need but the best part is that it makes your skin look so dewy and fresh after, which is my favourite thing.
Based on our opinions and online reviews, here are some of the current best and worst BB creams on the market.
