When the royal couple’s float plane landed in the harbour, British Columbia Premier Christy Clark, Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson and representatives of First Nations were standing on the wharf to greet them.
On their second day in Canada both the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge looked fresh and ravishing as ever! They left their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte at Government House in Victoria, their home during the tour, as the children recover from the long journey.
In Vancouver, the Royals will meet with people from the city before moving on to a series of engagements. For today’s occasion Kate looked stunning in a red and white two-tier pleated Alexander McQueen dress with red embroidery, paired with bright red heels and a matching Miu Miu clutch. Pure perfection, just as the Duchess herself!
William looked smart and classic in a black suit.
After today’s visit the couple will visit the Immigrant Services Society, a charity that provides targeted programs for refugees as well as immigrants. While at the Immigrant Services Society, the couple is expected to meet with Syrian refugees who were relocated through the UNHCR, the United Nations’ refugee agency.
Stay tuned for more update from the Royals Canadian visit!
