What a weekend it has been for Beyonce – first she dropped a single – “Formation,” then stole the show with her halftime performance at Super Bowl 50. Wearing onstage a custom military-inspired look by Dsquared2, the Diva paid homage to what Michael Jackson wore something similar when he performed at Super Bowl in 1993.
We’ve been so excited and counting the days till Coldplay’s Super Bowl 50 halftime performance–especially since we found out that Beyonce will be joining them on stage. The band presented this performance as an homage to the “past, present, and future,” including former halftime headliners Beyoncé and Bruno Mars.
To be honest, though, everyone was waiting for Beyonce to show up and when she did the crowd went CRAZY!!
Coldplay started off with some of their biggest hits “Yellow,” “Viva la Vida,” “Paradise,” “Adventure of a Lifetime.” Bruno Mars followed with “Uptown Funk,” and then Beyonce came on with her army of dancers to perform the single she released on Saturday, “Formation” and announcing she is going on a tour this year! OMG!
Take a look at some of the best moments from the half time!
