0Not everyone can jet down to New Orleans for Fat Tuesday—these yummy drinks will get you in the Mardi Gras spirit no matter where you’re celebrating. Share them with your friends, your man, or just treat yourself with a pre-Hump Day happy hour.

1½ oz. dry gin
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. blood orange juice
¼ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
1½ oz. sparkling wine
Garnish: blood orange wedge
Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain into a wine glass filled with ice, and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a blood orange wedge.

Chocolate Cherry Rosè
1 oz. Courvoisier Rosè
1 oz. Effen Black Cherry Vodka
1 oz. DeKuyper Crème de Cacao
2 oz. cream
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been drizzled with chocolate.
Cruzan 9 Voodoo Breeze
1 oz. Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum
1 oz. 151 Proof Cruzan Rum
1 oz. Cruzan Vanilla Rum
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. Grenadine
Garnish: lime wedge
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain, and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Rumbalaya
1½ oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
½ oz. Lemon Hart 151
¼ oz. vanilla syrup
¼ oz. allspice syrup
¼ oz. passion fruit syrup
¼ oz. lime juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 oz. brut Champagne
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake, strain, and pour into a glass.
Wild Parrot
1½ oz. Absolut Grapevine
½ oz. Soho Lychee Liqueur
½ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. cranberry juice
Soda water
Garnish: mint and a slice of lime
Pour Absolut Grapevine, Soho Lychee Liqueur, simple syrup, and cranberry juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda, and garnish with mint and a slice of lime.
Bourbon Street Blackberry Brut
1 ½ oz. Camarena Silver Tequila
2 oz. brut Champagne
7 large blackberries
½ oz. agave nectar
¼ oz. lemon juice
Garnish: blackberries
Muddle blackberries, agave nectar and lemon juice in a glass. Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Add tequila, shake, and strain into a large rocks glass filled with ice. Top with brut Champagne and garnish with a skewered blackberries.
