Frozen Cocktails

Sweet Tart

2 oz. Hanar One Citron
1 oz. limoncello
1 oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one party boiling water; let cool)
8 raspberries
4 mint leaves
1 oz. lemon juice
1 cup ice
Garnish: mint raspberries

Blend everything until smooth, then add garnish.

Blood Orange Bonanza

3 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 oz. light rum
½ oz. grenadine
Garnish: blood orange slice

Blend all liquid ingredients with a handful of ice in a blender for 20 seconds or until completely smooth. Garnish with slice of blood orange.

Blueberry Limeade

3 oz. blueberry puree
5 blueberries
3 oz. lime juice
2 oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part in one part boiling water; let cool)
2 oz. vodka
1 cup ice
Garnish: lime peel

Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Add ice, and blend again until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with lime peel.
