Bachelorette Party Cocktails
0It’s not a bachelorette party without the right cocktails. So sip on one of these delish drinks as you celebrate your BFF’s last days as a single woman
Poolside Passion
4 lemon wedges
2 strawberries
1 oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water; let cool)
1½ oz. Grey Goose vodka
Splash of cranberry juice
Garnish: flower
Muddle lemon wedges, strawberries, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add vodka, splash of cranberry juice, and ice, and shake 20 times. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with flower.

Remember Last Summer
1½ oz. Absolut Vanilia
1½ oz. strawberry liqueur
1 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. coconut cream
Garnish: shredded coconut
Mix all ingredients except shredded coconut in a shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain into a glass. Garnish with coconut.

Pink Margarita
1½ oz. tequila
¼ oz. Campari
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. honey
Garnish: lemon slice and mint leaf
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Serve on the rocks, and garnish with slice of lemon and mint.

The Delancey
¾ oz. pomegranate juice
¾ oz. St-Germain
Prosecco
Mix together the juice and liqueur, and pour into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco.

Cherry Punch
1 oz. cherry vodka
1 oz. triple sec
Splash of Rose’s Grenadine
Splash of cranberry juice
Garnish: fresh cherry
Shake together vodka, triple sec, and grenadine with ice. Pour into a glass, and top with cranberry juice. Garnish with cherry.

Champagne Dream
1 oz. pomegranate liqueur
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. fresh orange juice
3 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Garnish: orange zest
Shake the first three ingredients with ice. Gently stir in the champagne. Strain into a flute, and add garnish.

Berri Breeze
1½ oz. Absolut Berri Açaí
2 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. pomegranate juice
Garnish: grapefruit slice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass, stir, and garnish with slice of grapefruit.

Pear Batida
1 oz. white rum
1 oz. pureed pear
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. champagne
½ oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water; let cool)
½ oz. dark rum
Shake everything but the champagne and dark rum with ice. Pour champagne into a glass, then add pear mixture and dark rum.
