Blue – the Color of The Runway for 2012

The spring and summer collections as seen during the most recent editions of New York, London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks offered a wider than usual color selection, including interesting color combinations, new shades and hues, and many familiar colors in a number of new interpretations. Globally, the focus is on sun-kissed, often bleached, brights, barely there summer shades, nature-inspired autumnal and primary colors. Blue and shades of mint and teal are making a statement for summer.
