The Look

Though it’s Katy Perry’s kookier concert looks that most often attract attention, the popstar looks equally as gorgeous with a polished look worthy of any standard black-tie event. Darken lips with a berry stain, and define eyes with a combination of thick eyeliner, volumizing mascara, and falsies. And in true Katy fashion, make an eccentric statement via (washable) purple streaks.
