Chanel flies high

Chanel unveils its Spring/Summer 2012 capsule make-up collection.

In long-haul air cabin style, complete with thick, ‘CC’ carpet, the Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2012 show back in January certainly made us want to take off into the heady heights of couture land. And the color code had us dreaming too, with Make-up Design Director Peter Philips’ Blue Illusion line, with shades borrowed from the wide open sky, ranging from Sky Line azure blue nail varnish, to navy blue waterproof pen eyeliner via a Pantone swatch card of blue and grey shadows.
