Thierry Lasry and Garrett Leight release an eyewear collection

We’re expecting Venice Beach meets the quais de la Seine this Saturday at colette, as eyewear designers Garrett Leight et Thierry Lasry come together during Menswear Fashion Week to present the first line in what looks set to be a long-running creative partnership. Numero 1 is their first capsule collection, featuring two styles in different colorways, one inspired by Paris and the other by New York, and each bearing the designer’s name: Thierry Lasry x Garrett Leight or Garrett Leight x Thierry Lasry. It’s a meeting of two cities and two aesthetics that translates into retro lines in marbled acetate for Thierry Lasry, and tinted futuristic clip lenses, for Garreth Leight. Each style will be produced as a limited run of 1,000 pieces in various colors, on sale exclusively at colette.
