The French couture house adds to the Grand Bal line launched last year, with a limited 88-piece edition in white ceramic and diamonds.
Christian Dior loved balls that carried on into the night, with Paris belles decked in diamonds and silk muslin dancing until dawn. In 2011, French party heritage served as inspiration for the label’s watchmakers when they created the Dior VIII Grand Bal line. At the Basel Foire 2012 in March, Dior Horlogerie announced an addition to its haute couture watch collection with the VIII Grand Bal feather. Dior artisan watchmakers carefully fixed tiny pale pink feathers to a white mother of pearl watch face set with diamonds, in a soft color palette that highlights the immaculate white of the ceramic bracelet. Produced as a limited, 88-piece run, this collector’s watch will add Dior elegance to your wrist.
